Day 1 started at afternoon, after morning work at clinic. Flew with MH Kch - KL 1.20 pm and landed in KLIA at 3.20pm and took a Hotel limousine to Grand Hyatt KL, Jln Pinang. Limosine fare was RM 84.00.

Stopped at the Grand Hyatt entrance and was directed by hotel staff to Lobby at Level 39 , which is the highest level.

It is also called the SKY Lobby.

After put my luggage in room , immediately joined my colleague for welcoming cocktail at Grand Residence, which located at Mezzanine floor.

Talk  by renowned Professor, Prof Koletzko , from Munich, Germany. Talk started around 4.30pm (Msia Time, the same time was opening of October Fest in Munich, Germany) 

    Among the speakers, Prof Yazid ( Endocrine Consultant from UMMC, Dr Yang Wai Wai (Child          Psychologist from UKM MC).
 

             Launching of Nestle NANKID OPTIPRO  (Low protein 1.2gm/ 100 mls, ) higher ratio of                   Whey Protein. This is to avoid obesity in adolescent and adulthood.

                      Door  Gift

 Dinner  was held at Thirty8 Restaurant, which was located at Level 38, overlooking Petronas Twin Tower.

Around 1130am, I checked out from Grand Hyatt Hotel and moved to Bukit BIntang areas. Because I like Bukit BIntang.

Sunday afternooon in Bukit Bintang ... shopping shopping shopping!!!!

Exercise at Gym at Park Royal Hotel Level 6. Gym open 6.30 am until 11pm.

breakfast and start Monday walk. No Monday Blues today. Went to Mid Valley mega mall, Having lunch, shopping at Aeon Mid valley and went to money changer at Mid valley. One of the best KL exchange rate.

Come back from MId Valley, short rest, then went to Sungei Wang Plaza, Lot 10, Charles and Keith, Shoppen, Fahrenheit and Pavilion. I think I did it all within less than 3 hours.

It's a must.. Jalan Alor. It is quite pricey but tasty.

Time to go back

Check out from Park Royal Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. We have a great experience and great stay in this hotel. The Check in and check out is fast and all the staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Bye Bye KL... till we meet again. I LOVE KL. My childhood dream city.
