Genting Highland Celebrating Can Fly Again Kuala Lumpur - Genting Highland - January 2022
After exactly 2 years on no-fly and restriction of movement and travelling for about 2 years, finally the ban has been lifted.
Celebrating Can Fly Again- and living with Covid19, I took my first trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The highlight of the trip was just to get on the plane and just fly wherever it takes you. It was like a refreshing and relive the memories of Kuala Lumpur. My previous trip to Kuala Lumpur was in January 2020, a month prior to the lockdown due to Covid19 pandemic.
Now, it’s January 2022, making a comeback.
Arrived quite late at KLIA 2 but still in time for ERL train to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan / Bandar Tasik Selatan.

After a good night rest, the next morning started a journey to Genting Highland on car ride, which took around 1 hour. Grabcar was around RM70 Kuala Lumpur- Genting Awana.

Re arranged casino to maintain social distancing and to maintain a strict standard operating procedure (SOP) to avoid transmission.
Casino was less crowded. Digital betting was introduced as a new system, which I was not too used to. As usual, I was quite comfortable with just a roulette machine.

Breakfast at 24 hours Fortune Cafe inside the casino. Distribution of pineapple tarts for Chinese new Year gift for RW Genting member.
Starbuck Coffee and Cakes before heading back to KL.
Arrived at KL, we headed to KLCC for lunch. Here we are at Para Thai at Suria KLCC.
Shortly then to cousins get together cum birthday at Dome KLCC.
So much excitement in a short period of times

Sunday- Mass at Sacred Heart ,Peel Road, Cheras.
Followed by breakfast and window shopping at Ekomall Cheras.
Back on ERL Transit from BTS (Bandar Tasik Selatan to KLIA2).
That’s wrapped my short weekend gateway to KL- celebrating can fly again.
